Prediction Plugin 4.0: streamlined leaderboard, live match visibility and pages performance
BearDev has released version 4.0 of the JoomSport prediction plugin for WordPress. The update focuses on usability, clarity and performance, without introducing new conceptual features, but rather optimizing user experience.
Rebuilt leaderboard

The leaderboard table has been revised to remove elements that were rarely used. Percentage-based indicators have been taken out. Column headers have been reworded to be more self-explanatory. On mobile devices, the leaderboard table has been shortened, making scrolling and reading without sacrificing essential information.
Joker option reorganized (Pro version)

The Joker feature (2x multiplier that can be assigned to a selected match) has been repositioned in the prediction view, now sits right after the predict fields. On the leaderboard, the points collected specifically from Joker matches are now displayed as a separate column. This visibility applies to both the general leaderboard and private leagues.
Check your opponents predicts during live match
A new column has been added to the leaderboard view that shows the predictions of other users while a match is in progress. This real-time insight is available across the main leaderboard as well as within private leagues. The feature brings the extra value for all Statorium World cup API service customers. For matches where the Joker option is active, the column also indicates which players selected the Joker for that specific fixture.
Predict page speed optimization
Under the hood, the prediction page has been optimized to reduce loading times.
