I’m Dmitry Martinkevich, co-founder of BearDev, where I wear two hats as both product manager and financial director. My obsession with numbers and analytics isn’t just about spreadsheets—it’s the compass I use to navigate complex product decisions. Pairing this with a passion for clean, intuitive design, I thrive on transforming data-driven insights into user-friendly interfaces that balance functionality with simplicity. Sounds a bit heavy... Oookay. I love simple software; I love numbers.

When I’m not buried in budgets or wireframes, you’ll find me on the court or field. Volleyball and squash are my go-to sports for staying active and sharp, though I occasionally join casual football or basketball matches for the camaraderie and fun. For me, sports are more than exercise; they’re a reminder of how strategy and teamwork mirror the collaborative spirit of building great products.

Lately, I’ve been spending more time reconnecting with my musical side. Whether it’s playing my accordion or singing along, music has become a creative escape that balances my analytical mind. It’s a different kind of harmony—one that fuels my curiosity and reminds me that rhythm exists in both code and chords.

At heart, I’m a problem-solver who finds joy in the intersection of logic and creativity, whether I’m optimizing a workflow, refining a UI, or learning a new tune. Life’s a blend of spreadsheets, sprints, and melodies—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
